Houston based real estate firm Fidelis Realty Partners along with general contractor LSI broke ground on the Westlake Marketplace site in November 2015.
Shortly after that the 65 acre development at Beltway 8 and West Lake Houston Parkway announced their anchor tenant, Kroger Marketplace.
Wednesday the Houston Business Journal announced the soon to be finished Kroger’s opening date has been set for sometime in August 2016.
Westlake Marketplace is located on the eastbound Beltway 8/Sam Houston Pkwy Tollway feeder road at West Lake Houston Parkway, situated just north of Summer Creek High School, adjacent to the existing Memorial Hermann Convenient Care Center.
Once all pad sites are filled the center will bring almost 600,000 square-feet of retail to the growing West Lake portion of the Lake Houston Area.
